to keep our group active I am suggesting following measures:
1. Limit open discussions: Use this discussion thread "forum admin room" (FAR) as tuning and coordination corner for the group. Open new discussion only when 3 members or more agrees on opening new thread.
2. Meet regularly: To organize 1h weekly SKYPE-chat meeting to discuss particular agenda. For each online meeting an agenda discussion will be open for each meeting. The subject to be as following (Agenda SKYPE-# , date), where # refers to incrementing number.
3. I am going to create the same group on other platforms. The work of the groups will need to be documented through Palestinian under a central wiki. I've chosen wiserearth.com as a proper neutral site for this purpose. http://www.wiserearth.org/group/BuildingNewPalestine/section/main
In order to develop a good foundation for a good start for the group work, I need some help in "visualization, multi-media and collaborative web-technology". If you think you can support, pls add me on your skype for now: wael.alsaad
For the rest, I promises to start working as a committed group to build new Palestine and initiate a back-immigration network soon.
Proposal: web-technologist group to be identified for now through a separate thread here!
please have a look on the attached slides to get an impression about how we could cooperate, especially slide 4.
For now I need help with setting up the web-collaborative site and writing a letter in Arabic to pursue back-immigration through local meetings and joining a common network.
Check the mind-map attached and add your reflections.
Please let me know what you think
