GOOD NEWS: Another PEACE CAFE is on the way! Part 2

Hello there mepeace people,
We are planning a second peace cafe (around the end of August). This time we are making efforts to find a place that is accessible for both Palestinians and Israelis. We are looking into the option of meeting in a school in Beit Jalla This is thanks to Hiba who is finding out whether the school will provide us with internet access. If this is possible then people who cannot be at the peace café can join us online.
Paul Reti and Roni Segoly are looking into the technical issues surrounding this.

We need your help organizing this. You can help even if you are outside of the region. Please join the google group that we have opened for this purpose: http://groups.google.com/group/peace-cafe?hl=en (to join, you have to be added by the administrator. So just wait for the email of confirmation). The group is designated for people that want and can help get this going, so please join only if you are interested in doing so. And of course, let us know if you plan on being there!

After you join the group, please fill out the form down here and email it to Max, Noa, Roni or Paul through the group website.

The last peace cafe was very successful but we want to improve on it. So if you can’t help in setting up the meeting you can put forward suggestions. For example, what should we discuss at the café? Would you like coffee or tea?

Well, now I'm hoplessly confused,
if that's what you mean by clearing it up?

But Hebron is a hot-spot.
Maybe somewhere with a lower profile?

Why couldn't someone from Ramallah get to Dolev?
Or to Bakah al Gharbiyeh through Baka al Sharqiyah?
I really don't know...should ask Abed, he lives in Ramallah - where can he get to?

It is not as easy as we use to think to travel where within Palestine, even getting to Jenin to Jerusalem is a day travel ...

We need to update this guys....

the participant on producing the event are closing to close the location and date; with that I think we can generate more such events in same dates or other dates and locations.

The more Peace Cafe event documentation in mepeace the deeper we can get to know each other and the topics we discuss.

:-) I see the problem is solved but I'll just add that I spoke with Gershon Baskin about the place and he said it is ideal for Israelis and Palestinians meeting because it is accessible to all with no problem.

Maybe for the organiztion group we should set a list of car pool so people can easily find transportation.

good idea. Again, when we have a list of participants, this will be easier.
I will update about this ASAP
