Well, i'm French, but i'm at first internationalist ;-) . I teach History and Geography in a middle school. I know very well Europe, West Africa and Middle East, regions where i lived during a few years.
Why I want peace:
Bcause i see damages of the war when i was teacher at Monrovia, Liberia (civil war 1989), then when i was teacher at Dharhan, Saudi Arabia during the First Gulf War. I also see impact of the war in Algeria (1992) and in Israël and Palestine (i have visited many schools in 2002 on the both sides: around Ramallah and at Gaza (Ramla College) ; at Jerusalem (wonderful Hand in Hand school) and Tamra (Galilea, close to Akko)...
Interests and activities:
Reading, writing, travelling and... dreaming
Something you didn't know about me:
i'm also a poet, nobody is perfect...
How I found mepeace.org:
by an israeli teacher on Classroom 2.0
What I want to achieve here:
I manage an educational european network called School Beyond the Walls. Original Feature ? We mix teachers and students from many countries of Europe, involved in many projects. We are interested by Education to Peace by distant collaborations between teachers and students

This is The Jews' traditional time for asking for forgiveness from those we may have wronged and to forgive those who may have wronged us. And so I do both now. I hope that some day you too will find real (inner) peace.
Just a note, your profile has a grammatical error. The sentence: "by an israelian teacher on Classroom 2.0" should read "by an Israeli teacher on Classroom 2.0"
Organizations need not register with political entities in order to exist as organizations. I have run an unregistered NGO for over 10 years. It stands on its own merit. MEPEACE could be regarded as an unregistered NGO. Vincent and anyone else are free to choose to regard 'registration' as necessary for the legitimacy of NGOS, and regulation does offer *some* assurances against abuses and corruption. But it is still possible for an unregistered NGO to exist. and to do wonderful work in the world.
Who is Eyal ? Is he a bad boy ? I don't understand...

Dear Vincent,
I truly support Eva project and wish her success, I do not criticize their work and goals.
Please check how this can be understood:
Why don't you try to join REAL associations in Israel and Palestine about your ideas ? An NGO is not a virtual communauty like iPeace and MePeace... I can provide also for you a great and strong tool to prepare your project.
You claim that we are not REAL?
Add to that Eyal absence with your interpretative "owner".
Putting this call publicly does not respect the people, you can contact Ada and give her any of your advises but publishing this here like that ignores efforts of many. can you see that?
I am sure this kind of respect for month of work will be needed in any network, Eva's, Eyal, David and as any of us have criticism we also should see that this people work from good intentions and we can support them instead of "selecting" them.

Vincent,
It is grate that Eva Shaul and Mary created their own network and I wish them all success.
I do not see why you need to attack Mepeace.org nor on Eyal attempts to manage this network.
If we relate to peace creation as a competition we will find ourselves in war again and I do not think this is your intention.
